  • 2019 SPRING RESERVATION EVENT: Valid February 28, 2019 at 11:00am CST thru March 5, 2019 at 9:00am CST, or while supplies last. All quantities are limited and cannot be guaranteed. Reservations are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of payment, before the order ships. You will receive a copy of our Photography and Terms Agreement once your reservation form is received, which must be signed, dated, and returned by March 5, 2019 at 9:00am CST in order to complete your reservation. Reservation forms submitted after 9:00am CST on March 5, 2019 will not be processed. Shipments will occur in two phases; all items from Launch 6 and Launch 7 will ship together, and all items from Launch 8 and Launch 9 will ship together. Once a shipment is ready, your order summary for that shipment will be sent to you by your account manager, requesting payment. Payment must be received promptly to complete your order.

We accept credit cards (AMEX, M/C, Visa, Discover) and PayPal as payment. Payment is collected at check out as you place your order, even on items that are back-ordered/pre-ordered.


ORDER CHANGES: Due to processing time, inventory counts, and to protect your order from errors, we cannot honor any change requests to orders once they have been submitted, even if they have not yet shipped. Please make sure to carefully review your order before submitting it.  Please also take this into consideration if you plan to promote our items online before receiving your order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:  We do our best to ship items within 3 business days and because of this the window for cancelling orders is very short.  If your cancellation request is seen prior to us processing your order, we are happy to cancel your order for a full refund, but once it has begun processing we are no longer able to cancel your order.

SPLIT SHIPPING: We do not split orders for international shipping; we ship the entire order when all items are ready.  Please consider placing a separate order for your back-ordered items if you prefer to not wait on them for the rest of your items to ship.  

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: All wholesale orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

RETURNED MAIL: If a package is returned because the address provided to us was not correct, we are not responsible for re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and shipping and handling will need to be re-paid before we will send the package again.

LOST/DAMAGED BY POSTAL SERVICE: We are not responsible for any errors made by the Post Office. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email (6 weeks for international), please email us via our contact page and we will direct you as to how to file a claim with the postal service. Though each product is inspected for quality assurance before shipping, it is possible to receive a damaged item. In addition, although our fulfillment error rate is far below industry average, mistakes do sometimes happen. For these reasons it is important to open and inspect your items as soon as you receive them. Please notify us within 14 business days of receiving your package if there is anything wrong with your order. We cannot honor changes outside of the time frames stated within our policies.

DAMAGED REPLACEMENTS: Once we have been notified of any damaged items you have received, we will work with you to get them corrected. Please note, should you decide to sell damaged items at a discount, we cannot extend any discounts to you.


Grace and Lace products may not be sold or advertised on any website for less than prices quoted on our website. Grace and Lace products sold in stores must be sold at retail price. Discounts for sale under retail are only allowed if the stock remains post-season. Grace and Lace products cannot be re-sold to other wholesalers for the purpose of selling retail. Grace and Lace products cannot be sold online or in store to wholesale or discount outlets.

PRIVATE LABEL: All Items purchased from Grace and Lace are under the protection and trademark Grace and Lace, and must display the Grace and Lace name/brand.  Under no circumstances may you sell Grace and Lace products under any other name, or reproduce products under this trademark.


Coupon codes do not apply to wholesale partners. We cannot accept discount codes or shipping codes for our wholesale accounts.
